Had an appointment before covid 19 and the hair dresser had to cancel bc of a sick child. Okay no big deal we rescheduled with a 20% off the job agreement and it gets cancelled again due to covid 19. I waited a month and their automated system txted to confirm a new appointment. I showed up and nobody was there, it was still closed. I addressed this problem after nobody contacted me and was met with apologies and a new appointment..... Just for it to get cancelled again!!!! I cried and am just so upset that I had such a hard time at a place I considered 1st everytime I had the money to get my hair done.
