Disappointed with the service. When I arrived it was explained computer system was down and would have to order online and bring proof of purchase. It happens, no problem. I ordered a Philly Yawn (extra onions) with fries and mushrooms on the side. After ordering and showing proof I was given a pager. While waiting I watched other people placing their orders. After waiting a while I noticed a gentleman who d ordered after me pick his order up. A while later two guys who d ordered after me with a larger order than I pick their order up. I know they ordered after me because I noted these people receiving their pagers. Finally I was waved up and was told mozzarella was put on the steak by accident and was that okay. I said yes because I didn t want to wait any longer. Shortly thereafter I was given my order and left without checking the bag. When I got home there were no mushrooms. Needless to say it will be a while before/if I return.
On the side, if you re going to enforce Covid guidelines (thanks) you might want your employees to wear gloves when handling food. I m 6 6 and was able to see into the truck through the window.
