Bad experience !!!! Not being able to give 0 stars, I am forced to give one! Some time ago, I purchased two tickets for the "Fly X" attraction directly on the park website, upon request for information directly with the park call center. When purchasing the tickets, I received an email confirming the booking with the day and time. Arrived at the park, we discover that the attraction is no longer there and, from what we can understand, by other people present there for the same reason, which has been dismantled for a few days. The park staff, to whom we asked for information, was unable to respond by tossing us from one point to another. We ask for the refund of the tickets at the gabbiotto at the entrance which, answering us sufficiently and with total lack of understanding of our discomfort (we came specifically from Viterbo), tells us to send an email to the park address to get back the cost of the ticket and parking paid unnecessarily. The reimbursement of tickets (that of the parking lot despite having sent a copy of the receipt of payment was never refunded even if they had assured us otherwise!) It took place after months of reminders and calls to the administrative offices! What can we say, an experience that we will certainly not repeat and that we will not recommend!
