I attended an inspection on a Saturday afternoon, for an apartment for lease in Armadale. The lady (her name might be Gabrielle, I might be wrong though) was very unprofessional. She doesn t even bring a set of spare keys for the inspection. I can t believe the inspection has just been canceled like that just because she doesn t have spare keys. She even walked away when she figured the the tenant wasn t home. I don t understand how come she s so unorganised like this. I bet she didn t even tell the tenant about the inspection! It s either the tenants are home to let people in OR they won t be home but it should be her responsibility to at least bring a set of spare keys! It s just that simple. There were at least 8tp 10 people waiting for the inspection but she just walked away saying: Sorry, I ve no keys! Didn t even explain anything until people chased her and stopped her to ask questions. Very rude and unprofessional! A total wasting time! Don t use this agency for real! They don t take the renting market seriously!
