Came in for 2 copies of one PDF file 1 page each in colour in size B 18x24. They said it would take 2 hours if it was in colour but now if it was in black an white. I am a contractor and was looking for a printing service that was closer to permits office. They lost a customer due to this nonsense. I'll just keep going to OfficeMax that's just 5 minutes away and they do it in and out in 3 minutes for 6 bucks.
