We engaged Fedelta Home Care to provide a care giver once a week for my mother. They were very easy to work with, made it easy to understand the process and the options, and provided multiple ways to communicate within the organization. We had them for almost a full year, and our care giver ALWAYS came at the date and time agreed (and it was the same nice lady!) She assisted with shopping, taking Mom to the Doctor, getting her hair done -- it was so great to have such a positive experience with something as critical as this. Would highly recommend
