We recently bought and moved into a 30+ year old office building to find out that there were leaks everywhere along the perimeter. Worked with Robert and Josh at Weathershield who recommended removing the caulk between the masonry/lintels. They did this along with some tuck pointing and sealing the masonry, and so far, no more leaks. Very happy with this company. Thanks guys.
