Total waste of time. They won t help anyone currently in a full time position, no mater how dire your situation is. They don t tell you that upfront since your taxes are basically paying them to be there. The woman could have cared less that I needed help. She just get asking me repeatedly if I was employed full time. It s sad since they really should be helping everyone. Especially the people who are paying for the service!
