The place is an open one. We went there for the celebrations of new year 2019. There are good food stalls that you will find, which serves good fast food and Indian thali. The place can be reached via ferry (Gorai beace)and vehicles(borivali railway station is very near to the park). There is a parking lot outside the entrance. The parking fees is 100 . Then you can get a bus which will drop you near the enterance of the amusement park. There are many rides that you can enjoy. The water kingdom is also attached to the amusement park. There are lockers and changing room (for 150 ) available for changing into your swimming costumes and bathing. There are also shops for casual shopping of jewellery, costumes, accessories etc. All rides are included in the entry fees only. for the party the stage was set and the singers and the band was called. Also,the place had a mini bar ( usually with unconventional high charges) for the new year celebration.
