Whom ever was at the front desk on Thursday Jan 24...

Whom ever was at the front desk on Thursday Jan 24 was rude and not helpful, there were police every where and wanted to know what was going on and she said the garage was not a part of the hotel, hmmmm why do we pay the hotel for parking. Have stayed here many times, not again, we stay here because our child lives at the Hub, maybe train your employees to be more helpful and not rude.
