Went in for warranty work on my Tundra.. and next thing i know i am driving a Taco..
Ben my sales guy was great to work with and went above my expectations.
But... walking around and observing other sales associates and people. Not the friendliest feeling. Almost like a stick up theyre butts. I hope they consider changing initial presentaion.
There is nothing better than friendly and comfortable welcomes.
