I placed an order for fabric for the back of a quilt and used the measurements of a pattern on the Missouri Star website. After receiving the fabric it was obvious the yardage was not adequate to construct the back. I called MS and told them and they agreed. I returned the fabric to them and they refunded the cost back to my credit card. A day later I placed a new order for the correct yardage. The charge for that fabric was immediately put onto my credit card; and then I received a call a couple of days later telling me they did not have enough fabric to send me the amount I ordered. I canceled the order but they would not refund the credit card charge until they received the other fabric back in the mail. I disagreed with their business practice. These were 2 separate independent orders. Both times the orders had to be cancelled due to issues at Missouri Star, not on my part. There is no reason for them not to refund the charge for the second order immediately. I am not happy with their handling of this issue and do not feel comfortable purchasing from them in the future.
