I am so disappointed that nhec is the only power provider in my area. Charging me over 700$ because my electronic transfer didn't go through. Bill has never been late..I understand a small fee if the charge doesn't go through but almost 800$?? Cant wait to move just to not have to deal with them! Horrible Policy
