This is not how an "Occupational Health and Safety Service" should be, the human dimension is hard to find. The employees often talk in a harsh and threatening tone, without listening to what the people (sick) have to say.
In my opinion this company is purely for the figures.
Too bad this has to be this way,
after all it's about people.
