The hotel is very old, the concierge is useless, the phone network is very poor, I can barely hear the room service or operator, and the hotel is a four star hotel, while I paid for a seven stars hotel.
They get two stars for a good service from the supporting staff.
P.S. If you don't bring smart casual clothing the hotel manager will tell you you can have dinner in your room and won't admit you to any of their restaurants.
