The staff at Harlem United are indeed a Godsend as my brother pointed out below in his review. (Scroll to the bottom and ignore the one's in between..meh!) They are a dedicated team of professionals who are doing good for humanity. I have donated and will continue to do so to help them make a difference in the lives of people they serve. The organization works hard on client centered diverse programs for HIV and non-HIV individuals, mental health, nutrition, housing, substance use etc.etc. From what I've learned, the management is respectful and supportive, there is no micromanaging, and self care is highly promoted, which makes it an ideal work place and vessel for doing greater good.
