I give this company high marks for making it easy ...

I give this company high marks for making it easy to buy online. We need three sizes and in stores, they were always missing a size. Buying online was a pain (and I love Amazon) because I couldn't just pick a filter and check off the sizes I want. This company's website is pretty good. The downside is that it took a long time for the filters to show up. I forget exactly how long. Two weeks? Longer? I lost track. And when they did show up, they came in an oversized box with no packing material and somewhat scrunched. I sent an email to customer service about my mild disappointment and didn't get a reply. I might buy again. I'm not sure.
