This was the worst stay we've ever experienced at a hotel!! They lost our bag with a laptop in it. Then the manager was extremely rude, wouldn't even apologize. There has been students outside in the courtyard screaming long past quiet hours. You can decline to have your room cleaned and we did and they still cleaned our room!! They had to change our room after the first night we were here because we were supposed to have adjoining rooms and they didn't give us them and it was nearly 11pm when we got to hotel the first night. They gave us extra fast passes for everything that went wrong. And the pool is only open from 10-8 everyday so the kids didn't get to swim when we got back from the park or before we went to the park.
