Absolutely dreadful experience! The order was delayed already twice, which I get with the virus around.
However, I am unable to cancel the order!

The customer service does not respond to any emails or return phone calls.



I am raising a dispute with my bank against this merchant to get the money back for the item that has never been delivered.

Definitely NOT RECOMMEND!
