RE REFUND DELAYS order # 102062132 /16.03.2020 Dear Sirs, It has now been a month since this order was cancelled by YOURSELVES and a full refund promised yet today still no response no reply no refund of monies. I cannot believe that your company cannot simply resolve this. It was your failure to deliver the products as agreed the next day and this was long before any lockdown. Can you please address this urgently?
