While the tech was courteous and replaced the tank seal and flushing mechanism, I don't think we'll use John Moore again. The charge was over $500 for installing about $30 worth of materials. The tech did not say the price up front, but to be fair we didn't ask either.....just didn't think a company would charge that much. Tried to chat on their website but was not helped..only an offer to have someone call.
