terrible service, they send a tech who is inept and refuses to work on rooftop a/c requires another visiton a sat. Within 5 minutes the person knew it was a compressor problem (the first guy insisted it was electrical and he wasnt gonna touch it). Despite their incompetence they dont bother to send someone out on Monday with the part, no Tuesday afternoon. Talk to customer service some old lady gets on and has no answers or solutions. try to speak to a/c manager good luck called first thing and was told id hear from the managers before 11 that never happened. 5 days without a/c in south florida. stay away from this useless company its not worth it.

linda your response is a joke you do not take pride nor do you employ competent help. - when the day came to bring the new and expensive "coil" for the condenser, the guy showed up without the part stating they didn't order it and had no idea why. later he admitted that he was told to try and "fix" the unit. the guy went out and started welding and doing other stuff that no other repair company would do. the unit is still not working properly and your "pride" (what a joke) doesn't include living up to your end of the contract .
