It is with regret and such a shame to fonts this but Sydenham High St SE26 Lidl location is below average in term of customer staff services, it cannot be star rated. (1 star to compliment the (blue post) button to send. Having observed and seen some staff attitude and approach to customers on many occasion on different days when travelling through the area is appalling, shouting, arguing, and loud talking. (It s the ditto staff doing this!) The store location is perfect on the main road, good spot eye catching and its shoppa-affordable, but the staff services is not good at all. Unfortunately this will push many customers to go elsewhere, and might affect the day to day sales profits, and cash flow for new stocks, probably might need to shake up the staff rotas, the staff need to be on the cashier tills, not one person assisting self service and cashier till at the same time, enabling to keep the smooth flow of customers walking around the shop floor when selecting item or product of their choice, (usp) try have calm serene music in the background. Thank you for your assistance on this matter.
