Ron and Gib in the service department are top notch. They do superior work at a reasonable price. I've never been disappointed. I've done business with Bill's for many years; buying guitars, amps, strings, stands, and electronics. The staff at Bill's are great to work with it. I am very lucky that Bill's is in Catonsville, and I hope they're there for many years to come.
