I was called one night by Tonda Booker saying I'd won a gift card (we put our name in for it at the fair) she said it was put into the mail. During that phone call she inquired about us selling our home. Which we've been looking into it but nothing serious. We've got some renovations to do before we decided to sell it, and I explained all of this to her. We're in the process of painting and redoing the flooring throughout the whole house. When she walked into our home to give us an estimate and opinions on what would get the most money back for our money she immediately started to berate us for the look of our home. She walked through the front door and insisted she could sell our house for a certain number, without even looking at the house!! We asked her to do a walk through for a better estimate. She reluctantly did so. While walking through she made us feel like our home was disgusting (which it is not) she repeatedly told us we needed to clean and declutter our home. She said she could sell our house very quickly and that we needed to start packing ASAP!! (We just wanted an estimate we are not wanting to sell right now) She even said I've been in homes where the client has lived there for 45 years and they don't have this much stuff!! Excuse me, but my home is not cluttered nor is it unclean!! I have a family and pets and my home is lived in it's not a show model home! But she was informed of that on the phone way before she stepped foot into our house. She is very unprofessional, very judgemental, and very rude!! If you use this company which I strongly suggest you do not! But if you do, PLEASE do not use Tonda Booker
