Horrible customer service. Booked months in advance to be told after driving 21 Hrs that they did not have the adjoining rooms I requested. No elevators, no room service, breakfast was sub par. Rooms smelled, black mold on ceiling and in air conditioner. filthy floors. My granddaughter walked from shower to bed and her feet were black. Pillows were cement blocks, blankets were a sheet, then a thin piece of material and then a sheet over that. Definitely not hotel quality at all. The kids enjoyed water park but not worth it.
