Registered for an account, really excited to work ...

Registered for an account, really excited to work with them since they are a Dutch digital bank so I could use the switch service.
They asked a few questions to know my intention with their bank, felt a bit uncomfortable but ok. Then they promised 24 hours process, but nothing had done after 4 days. I could've made an appointment with a traditional bank and opened a new account within that time. So I gave up.
The only thing good during the whole process was the speed of customer service.

P/S: To the reply from "bunq" that tried to make it look like a case of "Missing required documents": No, it's not. Your Customer Service only came back to me with the explanation of "System bug".
