Worst company I have ever worked for. I have lost confidence in the VP of HR, Lyndell Smith -to make decisions based on facts, code of ethics and values. This management company has had more lawsuits and separation pay with employees under her leadership. She demoralize and intimidates me and other colleagues and quite frankly some are scared of her. PRS manages based on who is popular/ like-able and bringing money into the organization. If you bring concerns and complaints forward be prepared to be retaliated against or for it to fall on deaths ears. Do not work here or any of their "managed" facilities you will regret and face humiliation, discrimination, hostile work environment and harassment.
