Carmel is always reliable with the car showing up when they say it will show up and reasonable rates. Only downside is the drive did nothing to help us with our bags in picking us up at EWR and dropping us at our Manhattan hotel. I had already included the tip in the fee but if I were giving cash, he would've gotten less of a tip, just sayin'. This is my review but I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.
