The slogan Do it once, do it right really resonated with us when we were choosing a company to use for our basement project. Finished Basements Plus truly lived up to this value. We were impressed from the very beginning with the abundance of knowledge provided by our salesmen Joseph. He helped guide us with insight on how to truly maximize the space we had while still obtaining all of wishes we had thought of for our basement. Once we started working with the team at Finished Basements Plus, we were blown away at the professional, promptness and overall hard work. Tony was fantastic at helping with all our design needs and even went above and beyond when it came to a hiccup with an outside vendor completely unrelated to Finished Basements. Ed, our project manager, was great to work with. He kept us up to date on every moving piece and was always there to answer any questions we may have had about our project. We couldn t have asked for a better project manager to oversee our project. And lastly, all of the team members and crew were friendly, courteous and respectful during the entire duration of our project. We would highly recommend Finished Basements Plus to anyone looking to finish their basement. You will rest assured that your money is well spent and you will be left with a beautiful basement.
