Ok rooms needs to be updated! No control for heat just a radiator we had to leave the window open or we would have boiled. Staff was friendly except one of the waitresses in the pub. She was so rude not just to us but others. We had to get our own salt and pepper, she forgot about our food for 20 minutes we had to get someone else to get our food, she never came back to refresh our drinks or ask us if we needed anything and my husband had to go up and pay while she was standing there she just walked away. He waited 10 minutes for someone to cash us out. The restaurant was not busy it was the middle of the day with only 3 tables. Maybe she doesn t like Americans? We didn t complain or make anything of it because we were staying at the hotel and this happened our first day
