Lousy customer service. Multiple calls no call backs. Had pool resurfaced with Pebble Tech and new tiles. Job was over 10K. Tiles fell off after 2-3 years. Terrible time getting them to warranty work. Had leak from main drain which took 2 seasons to diagnose and fix. Skimmer is still clog with what I believe is debris from tile and pebble Tech install but they can't seem to or won't fix it. Have stopped using them for any service at all.
