Staff are friendly enough, no real support just email saying there is a vacancy and then never hear back as to why I never got the job so nothing for me to improve upon. Been with thorpe Malloy 7 months now and this is been it from the start, no interviews, no real tangible support just the odd email with a vacancy. I understand I'm not the only client but to me it feels like they are happy enough with who ever gets the job.
