HT Staffing is decent. I know how difficult it can be to find temp staff who are reliable, intelligent, and punctual. I was impressed with the quick response time. I requested staff for a large event and receive a follow up phone call from the Sales Director within an hour. She was knowledgeable about the Austin temp labor market, but also reasonable when negotiating a price that worked for my budget.

Unfortunately, I will not be using HT Staffing again because of the inconsistency of the brand ambassadors placed on assignment and because the Sales Director asked me to sign off on a new invoice with a .63 cent discrepancy due to her own mileage reimbursement calculation error. This was pointed out four days after I signed off on the original invoice, and after the staff in question arrived 45 minutes late and was dismissed two hours early. Just seemed really odd to ask for .63 cents back.
