Jamie was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He could not have been more helpful in explaining about how to run the fan and how little electricity it really uses. He found a loose wire during his inspection and fixed the problem that I was totally unaware I had with the heat pump. Overall, I could not have been more pleased with the service.
