Rob E. had to give me some less than great news regarding my air conditioner in that it would be better if replaced v. fixed. He went through everything including the issues of continuing with piecemeal repairs v. a full new one. Although it was very difficult to take, he did a great job and was very empathetic while very informative and professional. I very much appreciated his candor yet empathy given a myriad of other financial challenges we are dealing with. I think he is one of your organization's shining stars.
