Hi everyone,
Keep away from this dealership if you do not want headach.
To let you all know if you need a car in a period one month then this dealership is not a right choice.
I bought a new brand 2018 Honda Civic Touring. They told me that they will make my car ready in a week but I have been waiting for more than 13 days, still there is no progress on delivering my car. When I call them they say that they have ordered but hasn't released to dealership yet.
Tatjana the respected girl who helped me out buying a car and showed me the cars patiently in this dealership is a great person, knowledgeable, kind, patient, very friendly and honest person. I give her 6 out of 5 stars but I give no stars to the dealership because they cannot provide a car ontime.
The deal was a new brand car with a set of winter tires and rims. Because of the delying to hand over my car I called them for cancellation of my contract. Unfortunately they would charge me a thousand dollars penalty for the tires so didn't cancel the deal and stack with it.
I need my car as soon as possible please.
