Ordered a wheel bearing and hub assembly for our Toyota Corrolla. When we received the part, it was a completely different part (a vapor canister/solenoid, see photo below). Didn't think it would be a big deal so I went on their website to return and get a new part sent to me. But no.... First of all, they will not send me a replacement part until I ship the wrong part back to them. Secondly, they will only pay return shipping if I use FedEx (making me travel to a FedEx site while my car is down), otherwise I will be charged over $17 to return an item (that I never ordered) by U.S. mail! Third, Rockauto does not have any customer support over the phone, and no way to actually communicate with a real person for these kinds of matters. I have ordered from them before with no issues, but they have terrible customer service when they mess up.
