This company accepted my application and insured me for one month. I explained that I was commuting to Huntington last year and during this new school year I was commuting to Medford. They never explained that would need current proof of mileage, and I sent them a copy of my most recent inspection. However, they want me to produce proof of mileage from a time frame directly before or after this inspection, and I had no service done at that time. They will not enable me to provide proof of current mileage as I have only been working in Medford for 7 months. They cancelled my insurance due to excessive mileage since I provided proof that 6 to 12 months ago I was commuting to Huntington. A very poor experience.
