When I joined this company in 2017 it had a good work culture. However I quit in 2019 because of various reasons. This company believes in micro management. They will literally monitor where you eat, WHEN you eat, where you go, what you wear, which language you speak in. It's that bad. Hoping DWF brings a better work culture to the toxic environment of mindcrest. The managerial posts are filled with vindictive and petty people. Be very careful while joining this company because loyalty is not something this company believes in. You may be fired on any pretext.
