Such a pleasant surprise! My husband and I discovered this gem on Priceline and were so happy that we did. Rocky, the concierge went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even booked our reservation for us at Flight! When we got to our room we were greeted with robes and slippers on the bed and a sweet New Year s touch with a small bottle of champagne and classes. The hotel and rooms were clean and classy and we loved the cool antique touches. We have never felt more at home or welcome at a hotel and will definitely be back when we are in Memphis!
