I had gone out to dinner with some family who was visiting me from Northern Ma. I have a seafood allergy, but my family loves seafood which has never been a problem going out in Plymouth prior. Initially when sitting down we put in for an order of Nachos. When putting in for a food order I informed them of my seafood allergy so as to ensure the chicken order I was placing was not fried in the same oil as the seafood. Our server informed us that all of their fried products are mixed with seafood and they have no separate fryer. They also informed us the nachos are made in that fryer. I then ordered a chicken cesar salad as it had grilled chicken. Then halfway through my dinner I felt an itch in my throat and inquired and they informed me that the cesar salad dressing is made with anchovies even though she informed me my order to the kitchen expressly stated a seafood allergy. The nachos my family was able to have they informed me I wasn't missing much. My family members who ordered side salads recieved them with their meals rather than prior as well. Nothing was comped and it was just a bad experience overall which is unfortunate because it has always looked liked a fun nice place and we waited over an hour just to get in.
