As a passionate climber, I was intrigued by the unique design and innovative features of the products on Kitka's website. However, upon receiving my order, I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the materials. The gear seemed functional, but not as durable as I had hoped for. The customer service was friendly and responsive, but I wish there had been more detailed information about the products on the site. 🧗‍♀️ Overall, it was an average experience, and I appreciate the effort put into creating distinctive gear. I believe there is room for improvement to really stand out in the competitive world of climbing equipment.
