I order tape for a dressing change and paid $49.95 for "Rush" shipping. They sent it standard ground. What was most upsetting was how rude customer service was, they did not apologize, they cut me off and were only willing to refund the difference in shipping, not a full refund. Of course, I had to buy other tape because of the delay. Use another company!
