I requested the warranty company PABA (Sears protection Plan) to fix my washer and after the fourth time I was told that they could not fix the machine, I was told they had to elevate my case number 6815078. I need my washer. I would like Sears to know I am sending a letter to everyone of their Marketplace vendors telling them this will be affecting there corporate customer relations with their customers about the warranty program. They should use another company for warranty, sell and promote their product. Not only will I be sending a letter to them I will also use the social platform. Your Market Place vendors: LG, KITCHEN AID, WHILPOOL, FRIGIDAIRE, MAYTAG, GE, JENNAIR, ELECTROLUX, BOSCH, AND SAMSUNG.
