Manager could care less about customers here. Food is going down hill, served lukewarm at best. After coming for years and being disappointed and sending food back for first time manager became argumentative and loud, refusing to take responsibility. as we tried to be discreet he made a scene. I ordered a prime rib medium rare that came greyish brown. he insisted warming the meat changed the color but was medium rare. ok maybe but don't have to yell it at me and I don't have to eat something unappetizing for $27. on top of all this he reeked of cigarette smoke so much so I completely lost my appetite. will never go back - sad after being a regular since it opened.
