😕 I recently purchased outdoor furniture from Neoteric Luxury and I must say I am a bit disappointed. The quality of the furniture is not as good as I expected, and some of the pieces arrived with scratches. The customer service was not very helpful either. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and did not provide a satisfying solution to the issues I encountered. I would say Neoteric Luxury is below par in terms of both product quality and customer service. 😕
