Self-service is best when coming into this store. I've noticed over the years, their floor staff has decreased, or that there is higher traffic of customers for associates to take care of. Understandably, it's a big store. I suggest knowing what you're looking for and research the product(s) on your own, unless you have all the patience to browse or wait for an available associate - one knowledgeable within that department you're browsing in.
