I too regrettable give a 1 star:( I witnessed the chaos first hand. We went to adopt a Cat or kitten. Had to walk through the dog pen and omg the stench was almost unbearable. We waited for about 15 minutes before we were assisted. We decided on a kitty that turned out needed to be spayed. It was sad to know that all the kitty's don't get spayed until their adopted. Anyways we took our paper up to the front to pay. We sat down on their bench and started waiting with 2 people ahead of us. As we sat there with only one young man to assist everyone, we noticed 2 elderly ladies stroll by with their badges on and seemed to not care about people waiting. This adoption process is a bit time consuming which is understandable but why can't they step in to help?
This place broke this animal lover's heart and I will not go back. Animals were unhappy:(
