2:10am July 15, 2015 I am working at Pedre site kitty corner of 5111 Hollybridge in Richmond, and amidst the water restrictions that have recently been implemented due to low water levels this ASPAC sites water sprinkling system turns on.
Most of the water is ending up on the walkway and on the road.
Its a Construction site, people here drive way too fast and they won't notice the green grass, so turn off the sprinkling system, save water.
You'll more than likely will be tearing up the grassy area when you start
